Description
ESD toe grounders are fully adjustable and can be fitted to any shoe size or style with the adjustable hook and loop strap fastening. They are suitable to use when heel grounders are not practical (for example, heeled shoes). ESD toe grounders are robust, hard wearing, and have elasticated straps for good support and comfort. Designed for repeated use, the ESD toe grounder provides long term ESD protection to all personnel when used in conjunction with grounded ESD flooring or matting. Each toe grounder incorporates a 1 meg ohm safety resistor. All grounding products are manufactured to the very highest quality to ensure high comfort and long life. Please note: It is recommended that one toe grounder is to be worn on each foot.
Construction:
Constructed using a two layer rubber sheet, insulative white and conductive black, attached to 3⁄4” elastic garter, with one meg ohm resistor and conductive tab, assembled with plastic connectors and hook and loop tape for adjustable feature. Rubber is punched with flat washer to the plastic connector through ultrasonic sealing.
