How to Use the ESD Floor Mat Grounding Kit:

1. Insert the ESD plug into a plug socket.

2. Connect the 10mm snap of the grounding cord to the 10mm stud of the ESD plug.

3. With the other end of the grounding cord, connect this to the 10mm stud of the ESD floor mat.

4. Switch the plug socket ON. This will now create a path to earth.

5. Ensure ESD foot grounders / ESD shoes are worn on the ESD floor mat. This will allow any static charges generated from the personnel to dissipate through the foot grounder, to the floor mat, through the cord, and then to the plug and ground.
