New Products: ESD Stationery, Brushes and Ionisers

Bondline is continuously looking for new products to stock and supply to their customers. Recently, Bondline has added several new products to expand their ESD stationery, brush, testing instrument and ioniser range. By expanding our product range, we hope to meet more of our customer’s demands and needs to help them with their ESD applications. Our new products are in-stock and available to order online or direct with Bondline. New ESD Ionisers and Test Instruments

Introducing our new and improved Static Locator and range of Self-Cleaning ESD Ionisers. Developed using advanced technology to effectively solve the problems caused by static electricity.

Our Self-Cleaning Low Maintenance ESD Ionisers can be used in the following application fields: electronics, optoelectronics and semiconductors.They effectively solve the problems caused by static electricity: static removal, prevent adhesion of objects, prevent blockage of adhesion, control ink splashing, prevent uneven scattering.

These ionisers use positive and negative synchronous emission electrodes to generate corona discharge through DC high voltage, ionise air molecules, generate a large number of positive and negative polar air ions, and blow them to the surface of the eliminated object by the fan for electrostatic elimination. During operation, the ionising air blowers automatically brushes the needle every 8 hours without manual brush cleaning and maintenance.

New ESD Stationery and Waste Bins

In addition to our stationery and office products, we have added two new ESD waste bins, an ESD tool box and an ESD dispenser bottle available in two volume sizes to our current range.

New ESD Brushes

Introducing our new line of ESD brushes. We have now expanded our brush range with the addition of fourteen new ESD brushes. With styles ranging from toothbrush, flat and paintbrush brushes to suit various applications.

These brushes have been developed with a new and improved ergonomic design for efficient cleaning of delicate static sensitive components, integrated circuits and workstations surfaces. The brushes are great for both abrasion and residue removal.
