Our best selling conductive grid tape provides excellent static shielding performance for critical closure applications.
Bondline’s anti-static shielding tape is 36 meters long and available in a selection of widths including 12mm, 18mm, 24mm and 48mm. The base of the tape is made from oriented polypropylene (OPP) and the adhesive is made from a solvent acrylic base. The base film and adhesive are low-charging. The ESD grid tape is printed an ESD susceptible symbol and conductive grid pattern to provide static shielding performance for critical closure applications. Suitable for use in ESD protected areas where static-sensitive electronic components and devices are handled. The antistatic grid tape conforms to the IEC-61340-5-1 International ESD Standard.
Conductive grid tape is for use in static-free workstations, where ESDS (Electro Static Discharge Sensitive) components and devices are handled. This tape has anti-static inner and outer surfaces, with no shed, flake, crack, chip or rub off the inner layer grids, combination of which provides excellent for the most effective static prevention and shielding applications.
Please note: The conductive grid tape can be used in conjunction with an ESD Tape Dispenser.
