Self-adhesive floor marking tapes for identification and awareness of ESD protected areas.
ESD floor marking tapes are available in three styles including: static sensitive area awareness tape, ESD protected area tape, and hazard marking tape. The floor marking tape allows you to create boundaries and mark out different sections of walkways, zones and safe areas. The floor marking tapes adhere effectively to synthetic flooring such as PVC floor tiles and can be used on concrete flooring where it can be expected to withstand heavy traffic, particle contaminations and remain intact for several months. The tapes are RoHS and REACH compliant and CE approved.
Static Sensitive Area Awareness Tape (FT2)
The static sensitive area awareness tape is a clear, permanent adhesive featuring excellent UV resistance and weather-ability together with good adhesive performance, even on apolar substrates. The adhesive complies with the European food directives and legislations, FDA 175.105 and the German recommendations XIV as published by BFR. BFR is the German federal institute for risk assessment. The adhesive can be used in direct contact with dry and moist, nonfatty foodstuffs.
Promotional labels and stickers for indoor and outdoor use offering good durability and weatherability. Further applications include labels and plastic bottles for cosmetics, house hold chemicals and motor oil. Conversion and dispensing characteristics have proven to meet present day market requirements. The tape is yellow and black, printed with an ESD protective logo. The tape is 33m long x 75mm wide. The tape is printed with text “Attention. Static Sensitive Area”. Please note, this tape is not anti static and should only be used outside the EPA.
ESD Protected Area Tape (FMT33)
The ESD protected area tape with ESD logo is made with a clear, transparent, UPVC film coated with a natural coloured rubber buff and hydrocarbon resin adhesive. The tape is yellow and black for high visibility and is printed with the ESD susceptible logo to create a prominent marker of the ESD protected area boundaries. The floor marking tape is self-adhesive and adhered well to synthetic and clean, particle-free concrete floors. The tape is printed with the text “ESD Protected Area”. The ESD protected area tape is 50mm wide x 66m long, with a thickness of 0.058mm, providing good coverage for marking ESD protected areas. Hazard Marking Tape (HT1)
The hazard floor marking tape is a self-coloured, plasticised PVC tape coated with an aggressive rubber-based, pressure-sensitive adhesive for a strong hold. Hazard tape is essential for marking hazardous areas, restricting access, and enhancing awareness in factory and manufacturing environments. It can improve the safety of your ESD protected area and help to prevent accidents such as slips and falls. The hazard marking tape is 33m long x 50mm wide in size, with a thickness of 0.15mm. The tape is yellow with black diagonal stripes for high visibility. Please note, this tape is not anti static and should only be used outside the EPA.
