Ensure constant monitoring of the Earth to ground connection with Constant Monitors.

The in-line wrist-strap, mat and Earth Constant Monitors are designed to continuously monitor whether the wrist-strap, bench mat or the Earth is disconnected whilst simultaneously checking the Earth to ground system is working correctly. Should any part of the ESD system fail, a red LED indicator will illuminate and a buzzer will sound. This part of the system should be checked using the appropriate test equipment before continuing with manufacture. All cords must be uncoiled for correct working order.

Please note, the CM8300R resistive version is custom manufactured and made to order.  The CM8300C capacitive version is available from stock.

Works with a standard wrist-strap and cord and has a body mass adjustment for individual user set-up:

• Constant monitoring of the earth to ground connection.

• Monitor comes with 2 of 0 ohms cords that connect the monitor to the bench mat and Earth bonding point.

Constant Monitor – Resistive

Works with a Dual ESD wrist strap and cord and automatically enters standby mode when the wrist-strap cord is removed. Indicates ‘high’ or ‘low’ fail for the users wrist-strap. Range 750K-35M.
