ESD KS Workbenches – High‑Performance Static‑Safe Workstations for Professional Electronics Environments

Bondline’s ESD KS Workbenches provide a robust, fully ESD‑safe solution for electronics assembly, testing, inspection, and repair. Designed for use in ESD Protected Areas (EPAs), these workbenches offer exceptional durability, ergonomic flexibility, and reliable static control, making them ideal for manufacturing facilities, laboratories, and technical workspaces. They provide a direct route to ground allowing for a controlled path for the dissipation of any stored static electricity. The ESD safe workbenches are fully ESD and all parts can be grounded via the 2 meter flying lead which is included.

Available in four configurations – Standard, Essential, Classic, and Supreme – and supplied in two in‑stock sizes 1500 x 700mm and 1800 x 900mm, the KS range delivers a dependable, ready‑to‑use workstation for any static‑sensitive environment. The ESD KS Workbenches are durable and can hold a maximum load capacity of 300KG (UDL), which makes them ideal for handling most tasks in a variety of industries. The ESD KS workbenches have a high quality, high pressure, 25mm thick ESD laminate table top. All metal parts of the workbench are fully ESD powdered coated paint and have a 5 year warranty.

The workbenches can be manually height adjusted, ranging from 680 – 1130mm, by simply adjusting the levelling feet to cater to both seated and standing work. This makes them perfect for transitioning through multiple work settings. The ESD workbenches can be adjusted to suit most users in most applications making them an all-round solution to any workspace.

The ESD KS workbenches conform to the following standards: EN/IEC 61340-5-1, EN 311, D-s2,d0, EN 14322, EN 311, EN 312, EG 1907/2006 (REACH), FSC, PEFC.
