Description

Surface Resistivity Meter (Half Decade) is a highly accurate, UK‑manufactured ESD meter for testing surface resistivity, point‑to‑point resistance and resistance‑to‑ground across EPA workstations.

The Surface Resistivity Meter (Half Decade) is a precision ESD test instrument designed for auditing and verifying materials used within an Electrostatic Protected Area (EPA). It measures in Ohms per Square and provides reliable readings through the conductive, dissipative and insulative ranges using automatic 10V / 100V test voltages for correct measurement accuracy. This makes it ideal for routine EPA checks, compliance audits and quality control processes.

The unit is assembled at Bondline, manufactured in the UK, supplied with all required test leads, a 9V battery and a protective carrying pouch, along with a 1‑year calibration certificate for traceable accuracy. Incorporating the latest requirements of the IEC 61340-5-1 technical report whilst maintaining the requirements of the EN100 015/1 European Standard. Meter only, icludes carrying pouch. See SRM100K for full test kit.

All ESD test equipment are manufactured to the very highest quality allowing qualification to council directives 89/336/EEC. When testing ESD surfaces, ensure that the surface’s resistance meets 10^(8) ohms to ensure you are complying to the ESD working standards. Testing and auditing all elements within the EPA is essential to comply with industry standards.
