Description

Sharp tip ESD swab is designed to easily remove particle and residue, with no abrasion.The smooth pointed foam tip is thermally bonded to the handle, eliminating the use of contaminating adhesives. It is an excellent swab for cleaning small slotted and grooved areas. The universal ESD swab has a compact mini compressed foam head which possesses firmness and a pointed top. It features an ESD-safe, rigid and compact handle made from a patented inherently polymer to provide clean permanent protections without contributing particulate contaminates to the cleanroom. The swabs are free from silicone, amides and DOP. They have very low particle generation, fibres, ion content and extractables. Designed for general purpose cleaning, ESD Foam Swabs are the ideal swabs to use in cleaning static sensitive components, helping to minimise risk of electrostatic damage.
