The swab allows for easy removal of particle contaminations and residue in small and confined areas. Non-abrasive with no contaminating adhesives. Free from silicone, amides and DOP. Minimises risk of electrostatic damage.

Description

A round tip ESD foam swab designed to easily remove particle residue with no abrasion. This swab features a compact and firm handle with a round internal core and tip providing good support in cleaning small and hard-to-reach areas. The handle is made from a patented inherently polymer to provide clean permanent protections without contributing particulate contaminates to the cleanroom. Our full range of universal ESD swabs are free from silicone, amides and DOP. They have very low particle generation, fibres, ion content and extractables. Round tip ESD foam swabs are excellent in cleaning static sensitive electronic components and devices and minimise the risk of electrostatic damage by providing a way for charges to ground. Designed for the highest level of contamination control in critical processing applications.
