Description

Paddle tip ESD foam swab is a general purpose swab specially made for cleaning hard-to-reach areas on static sensitive electronic components. Its flexible paddle tip is excellent for rigorous cleaning applications and removing particles and residue with ease. The foam paddle tip is thermally bonded to the handle, eliminating the use of contaminating adhesives. The ESD-safe, rigid and compact handle is made from a patented inherently polymer to provide clean permanent protections without contributing particulate contaminates to the cleanroom. Paddle tip ESD foam swab is free from silicone, amides and DOP. They have very low particle generation, fibres, ions and extractables. These universal ESD swabs help to minimise the risk of electrostatic damage in electrostatic protected areas.
