Description
Adjustable stainless steel ESD wrist strap from Bondline is constructed with a hypo-allergenic jewellery grade stainless steel metal band material with plastic insulation to create a more reliable path-to-ground for the operator. The plastic parts of the wrist strap is made from a static dissipative material. The outer surface of the wrist strap is insulative while the inner surface is conductive. The wrist strap is suitable for both EPA and cleanroom use.
Adjustable stainless steel ESD wrist straps come in one size that fits all. The wrist strap can be adjusted by simply sliding the strap inside the metal clip and slotting it together. Standard colours are light blue and black. Supplied with a 10mm stud for cord connection as standard.
Please note: This ESD metal wrist strap must be tested regularly with an ESD wrist strap tester. To be used in conjunction with a grounding cord and bonding plug to ensure operator is grounded.

Specification:
- Band construction and coating: Hypo-allergenic jewellery grade stainless-steel with plastic insulation. Outer surface is insulative while inner surface is conductive.
- Plastic parts: Static dissipative material.
- Circumference size: 160-200mm.
- Electrical properties:- Band’s outer surface: Insulated at 500V.
- Electrical properties:- Band’s inner surface: 150 ohms per inch max.
- Electrical properties:- Snap terminal resistance: The snap shall be in good electrical contact with the inner layer of the band.
- Breakaway force: 1 to 5 lbs. of pull away force is required to disconnect snap into normal disconnect direction.
- Termination: Metal band assembled with ergo-clean buckles and 10mm male snap.
- Hardware: All metal parts shall show no evidence of corrosion and rust after 24 hours submersion to salt solution. Preferably made from stainless steel or brass alloy plated with nickel.
- Markings: Date code.
- Colour: Blue or black.
