Conductive Corriplast Layer Pads provide ESD safe rigid layer separation for bulk packaging requirements
Corriplast layer pads are a perfect solution for rigid layer separation. With high ESD protection that makes them suitable for any static sensitive electronic products, they are available in two sizes that fit most commonly-used Euro Containers and Corriplast Collapsible Totes. Bondline can manufacture layer pads in either Corriplast or Corstat® material to your specific size and / or specification. Custom sizes can also be specified.
Corriplast layer pads are manufactured using high performance conductive Corriplast material, providing a flexible and competitive solution for rigid layer separation requirements. The durability of the material makes the layer pads ideal if reusability and longevity are primary concerns, and as they can be easily cleaned it makes them suitable for cleanroom applications too.
Applications for anti-static slip sheets
Corriplast layer pads are typically used alongside outer containers and internal divider sets. The use of the layer pads allows for multiple levels of products to be stacked within a single box or tote. This allows for much greater part density when handling or shipping parts, components or finished products, improving the efficiency and productivity of your operations. Larger layer pads can also be used as “slip sheets” for products stacked on pallets. This helps to improve load stability.
