Description

Small Conductive PCB Rack for Safe PCB Storage and Handling

The Typical Small Conductive PCB Rack is a compact, ESD‑safe storage solution designed for safely holding, organising, and transporting printed circuit boards in static‑controlled environments. Manufactured from conductive polypropylene and supported by durable aluminium rails, this rack provides a reliable Faraday Cage environment to protect static‑sensitive electronic components during production and handling.

Lightweight yet exceptionally strong, the rack’s adjustable frame allows you to position PCBs vertically, horizontally, or flat. Its modular design makes it easy to customise with optional centre dividers, and the assembled unit fits neatly into a standard Euro container for seamless workflow integration.

Key Features of Small Conductive PCB Rack:

  • ESD‑safe construction using conductive polypropylene for effective static protection.
  • Fully adjustable frame made from two conductive end walls with optional central divider.
  • Versatile positioning — use vertically, horizontally, flat, or stack when equal in size.
  • Strong and durable design offering excellent mechanical protection during storage and transport.
  • Interchangeable aluminium rails available in multiple lengths for flexible configuration.
  • Precision slot sizing: 2.5mm wide, 3.0mm deep, 15.3mm pitch.
  • RoHS and REACH compliant, meeting IEC‑61340‑5‑1 ESD standards.
  • Euro container compatible for efficient organisation and handling.
  • CE approved.

Product Components

Build your ideal small PCB storage solution using the following components:

  • EL31 — Conductive end wall (250 × 95 × 30mm)
  • ELF4 — Pair of aluminium rails (53 × 352mm)

All rails are fully interchangeable, allowing you to create a custom rack tailored to your PCB sizes and production needs.

Conductive Polypropylene for ESD Protection

Conductive polypropylene is a high‑performance material engineered to dissipate static charges safely. Its durability and conductivity make it ideal for:

  • PCB manufacturing and assembly
  • Electronics repair and service centres
  • ESD Protected Areas (EPAs)
  • Safe transport of static‑sensitive electronic components

This ensures long‑lasting protection and reliable performance in demanding environments.

Ideal Applications

  • Storing and organising PCBs during assembly
  • Transporting boards between workstations
  • Protecting static‑sensitive components in EPAs
  • Creating modular, stackable PCB storage systems
  • Integrating into Euro containers for efficient workflow management
