Description
Tack contamination control mats are a very economical solution to contamination control. Our tack contamination control mat is manufactured from a proprietary blend of polyolefin resins and an anti-microbial agent. This anti-microbial agent helps to protect against the growth of organisms such as bacteria, mould and mildew. The mats have a hygienic pad of peel-off, disposable sheets which are ideal for use in cleanrooms, office entrances, food applications, hospitals, general industrial environments or any area where cleanliness and hygiene is important. Once the top sheet becomes soiled, the soiled layer can be peeled off and disposed of to reveal a clean sheet.
Supplied with self-adhesive backing that adheres to most floor surfaces. The coated adhesive surface captures dirt and dust particles from shoes, trolley wheels and other wheeled equipment. The tack contamination control mat is 460mm x 1115mm long in size. They can be supplied in either packs of 4 pads with 30 layers or packs of 8 pads with 30 layers. Approved by the US FDA for food direct contact (21 CFR 175.105). Complies to BS EN-61340-5-1 / IEC-61340-5-1 Standards.
