Please note: Our website delivery is based on UK addresses only.
We have been made aware of a potential scam by logistics company called ‘Bondline Express Delivery’ based in London; we are not this company, we recommend you contact your local police or bank about your missing parcel or money and please do not contact us, unfortunately we cannot help you. We are NOT ‘BONDLINE EXPRESS DELIVERY’ company. We are Bondline Electronics Limited and our website is for UK shipments only.
At Bondline, we strive to deliver your goods as soon as possible. However, this is not always feasible and we will contact you to let you know. All of our parcels are carefully checked before sending them off to you. Please see the available delivery options below that Bondline can offer.
Methods of Delivery

UK Standard Delivery
We aim to deliver your goods from our warehouse within our normal dispatch time of 2-3 working days from placing your order (excluding weekends and UK public holidays). However, occasionally this can extend to 5-7 working days. If for any reason delivery time is longer than 7 working days, we will notify you.
Next Day UK Delivery
If you would like to receive your order quicker, we have the option for pre-9am, pre-10am and pre-noon next day express delivery. This option is dependant on lead times and in-stock products*. Please get in touch with us if you would like next day UK delivery or leave a note before placing your order.

We will deliver items based on your ‘shipping address’ requested when placing your order.
Bondline can ship to all UK mainland addresses*, except area codes in the Highlands or Islands of Scotland, Isle of Wight and Northern Ireland.
Shipping Costs – UK Mainland
*Shipping cost subject to products available to order and heavy shipments*
Orders totalling over £100 net excluding VAT are delivered free*
Orders totalling below £100 net excluding VAT have a delivery charge of £8.50*
Orders containing heavy shipment products have a delivery charge of £16.00 – £18.00* excluding VAT (price dependant on product)
Orders sent out on a pallet have a delivery charge of £50.00* excluding VAT.

UK Delivery Service
Our parcels are sent via FedEx Next Day Tracked Delivery. However, smaller parcels may be sent via 1st Class Royal Mail Recorded Delivery. All items will be shipped together unless due to unforeseen circumstances we are out of stock of a product. If this happens the said product will be placed on backorder. We aim for same day dispatch, most products will be dispatched within 2-3 days, the majority of stock products will be dispatched the same day if ordered by 1pm.
If you wish to collect your order, this can be arranged. Please kindly contact us first to ensure the item is available and collection is within our opening hours.
Once your item has been dispatched, we rely heavily on FedEx to deliver your items. If an item is thought to be lost in the post, we kindly ask you to check if your item is being held at your local FedEx depot. We are obliged to wait 15 working days from the dispatch date until we can resend your order. FedEx will not accept claims inside this 15 day period.
If for any reason our courier is unable to deliver, they will try again the next working day, to request the consignment tracking number or for any further information regarding our deliveries please contact the office on +44 (0)1793 511000.
If goods have been damaged in transit, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery to make a claim.
Delivery FAQ
Can I request a delivery date?
Unfortunately, this is not a service that we are able to offer at present. But if you make a request in order notes we will endeavour to deliver on this date.
Do I have to be there to sign for my delivery?
Deliveries made by courier will always require a signature.
Can I change my delivery address once my order has been submitted?
Once we have received and processed your order you will be unable to change delivery address.
What happens to my order if I am not there to receive my parcel?
If there is no one to receive your parcel by courier a card will be posted through your door advising of a delivery attempt. There will be a contact telephone number on there for your local branch. You can then use this card to arrange collection from the depot or re-delivery.
Can I return a product if I am not happy with it?
We want all of our customers to be satisfied with their purchase but we also understand you may wish to return items. All products can be returned if they are in re-saleable condition and in the original packaging. Our return process is very simple. Please contact us on sales@bondline.co.uk or call + 44 (0)1793 511000 to discuss your return. We will give you confirmation to return for either a refund or credit note for future purchase.
What happens if my item(s) go faulty?
Please contact us to discuss if you have a fault with our products, we may have a solution that can be resolved without returning the product.
If we believe the item is faulty, we will either repair it or replace it under our warranty terms and conditions.
Can I cancel a delivery?
If your order has been processed it may be too late to cancel your delivery, please contact us as soon as possible. If the order has been dispatched, you can return it at your cost for a refund / credit note. If you have a specific day request for delivery we will endeavour to deliver on your requested day.
What is Bondline’s delivery pricing?
We offer free delivery on orders over £100net, this is applicable to selected in-stock products*. Other larger items may have a small carriage charge.
