Introducing our new line of ESD garments to Bondline. Recently, we have added several new ESD clothing products to our stock in the aim to expand our current ESD clothing line. Our new line features ESD safety workwear, premium ESD smocks, ESD jackets and sweatshirts. Each of these garments are in-stock and available to order online or direct via the Bondline office. In this article, we will guide you on our newest ESD clothing products.
When paired with an effective grounding system, ESD-compliant apparel provides another level of protection when working in an Electrostatic Protected Area (EPA). When working with items that are sensitive to static discharge, such as electronic components, it’s vital to have effective safety protocols in place.
Non-ESD fabrics can be a prime source of static discharge, which is why anti-static garments are such a critical method of electrostatic discharge protection. While permanent fixtures, such as ESD flooring and ESD benches, provide an anti-static infrastructure for your EPA, ESD clothing ensures that transient items, such as garments, no longer pose a risk to static sensitive electronic components or devices.

Offering enhanced comfort and ESD protection, our Premium ESD Lab Coats are made from a static-dissipative woven fabric and can be worn in all types of EPAs. Featuring hidden snap fasteners, as well as cuff snap fasteners, they prevent the effects of static charge build-up from non-ESD clothing and enhance the functionality of your ESD control measures.
Our Premium ESD Lab Coats are made for long-lasting wear, composed of 74% polyester, 24% cotton and 2% conductive fibre. They are 2/3 in length, providing good coverage and protection of non-ESD clothing.
The lab coats are fully functional, offering two side pockets and one breast pocket. Both lightweight and crease-resistant, the lab coats remain compliant with IEC/TS 61340-4-9:2016 and ANSI/ESD STM2.1:2018 for more than 50 industrial washes.
Featuring the same conductive material and anti-static properties as our Premium ESD Lab Coats, Bondline’s Premium ESD Lab Jackets provide optimal ESD protection and maximum functionality. Slightly shorter than the 2/3 length lab coats, our Premium ESD Jackets are ½ length with two side pockets and one breast pocket.
Specially developed for industrial washing, you can rely on our Premium ESD Lab Jackets to deliver enhanced performance and remain compliant with relevant standards for at least 50 industrial washes.
As well as our premium range of ESD Lab Coats and Jackets, we also offer the option of Heavy Duty ESD Lab Coats and Jackets for tougher environments. Our Heavy Duty ESD Lab Coats and Jackets are made from a thick static-dissipative woven fabric for extra durability and protection. Offering all the same features as our Premium ESD Lab Coats and Jackets, they make the ideal choice for all day wear in laboratories, cleanrooms and healthcare environments.

Available in navy blue and grey, our ESD Cardigan Jackets are easy to wear and are an integral element of your ESD management policy. As well as being comfortable and breathable, our ESD Cardigan Jackets are made with static dissipative properties to ensure ESD protection.
Featuring a full-length zipper, two side pockets and ESD cuffs, you can rely on Bondline’s unisex ESD cardigan jackets to provide ample protection from static discharge.
As many EPAs have relatively low temperatures to ensure humidity control, it’s important to provide your staff with warm clothing that delivers both comfort and protection from electrostatic discharge. Our ESD Deluxe Sweatshirts are perfect for colder environments and feature a crease-resistant finish for a stylish appearance.
Made from a static dissipative woven fabric and featuring ESD cuffs, our ESD Deluxe Sweatshirts are designed for long-term use in EPAs and retains compliance with industry standards for more than 40 industrial washes.
As well as being made from a static dissipative woven material with 2% conductive fibre, our ESD High Visibility Vests provide enhanced visibility with their integrated reflective stripes.
If staff are working in low-light areas or regularly encounter potential hazards, such as moving vehicles, neon ESD Hi-Viz Vests help to prevent workplace accidents by maximising employee visibility, in addition to optimising your ESD control measures.
Our ESD garments can be customised with a range of features. With embroidery or printed logos and text available on request, you can design bespoke ESD workwear and use your company branding to create a custom uniform range.
Premium ESD Lab Coats and Jackets can be specially customised with features such as short sleeves, standing collar, conductive elasticated cuffs waist knitter and grounding smock. As well as this, the colour of our ESD High Visibility Vests can also be customised to orange.
