Premium ESD Lab Jackets

Bondline’s Premium ESD Lab Jackets are made from a superior static-dissipative woven fabric, suitable to wear in EPAs. They feature 2 side pockets, 1 breast pocket with an ESD symbol, hidden snap-fasteners and a cuff with snap-fasteners. The lab jackets are available in a wide range of unisex sizes from small to 2XL. Colour options include royal blue and white in 1/2 length. Bespoke customisation and quantity discounts available on request.

Description

Made from a premium static-dissipative woven fabric, Bondline’s Premium ESD Lab Jackets provide excellent comfort and ESD protection, making them suitable to wear in Electrostatic Protected Areas (EPAs). The lab coats are constructed with 74% polyester, 24% cotton and 2% conductive fibre. The conductive yarn ensure the garments eliminate static and prevent the effects of electrostatic charges being built up from non-ESD clothing. Bondline work very closely with their supply chain to ensure the material of their ESD lab jackets are of the highest quality and are manufactured to their exact request.

The lab jackets are lightweight, comfortable to wear and have three pockets (two side pockets and one breast pocket). An ESD symbol is on the breast pocket only. Specially developed for industrial washing, the lab jackets keep their compliance after more than 50 industrial washings.

The garment is unisex to suit all and is available in a wide selection of sizes from small to 2XL. Colour options include royal blue and white in 1/2 length.

Garment Care

Conductive carbon fibres used in ESD fabrics are very sensitive to high temperatures, alkalis, acids, rinses (softeners) and bleaches. Inadequate use may cause damage to carbon fibres and ESD clothing may lose or significantly deteriorate ESD parameters. Therefore, wash ESD clothing very carefully, in each case please follow the instructions:

  • In order to preserve the long life of ESD clothings, please use industrial laundries who can provide controlled, documented washing procedures and environment.
  • Wash in cold or not warmer than 40 °C (104 °F) lukewarm water with neutral liquid detergent.
  • Do not use detergents and / or rinse aids that contain bleach and / or chlorine.
  • Bleachers are forbidden.
  • Do not use rinse aids or detergents with a high alkali or high acid content.
  • Do not dry clean.
  • Dry in the open air and / or at a temperature up to 50°C (120°F) .
  • Does not require ironing, but if absolutely necessary, iron at a maximum temperature of 110°C (230°F) without steaming.
  • Wash all items inside out.
  • Using deodorant can damage the colour of the product.
  • When drying clothes outdoors, do not expose them to direct sunlight.
  • Tighten the zippers/poppers before each wash.
