The trays can also be used to aid electronics assembly. Component trays are critical elements of packaging purpose-designed and integral to the safety and security of high value precision parts and components that need a superior level of protection and security in transit or in the plant. The trays are constructed from HIPS (High Compact Polystyrene) which ensures durable, precise and safe storage for the components. Each tray can be vacuum formed in almost any configuration to give versatile method of storage. Trays are available in four combinations to suit all requirements, including various number of cells, sizes and depths. These can be one use options or robust enough for re-use many times over, designed for space saving storage whilst reducing road journeys. Storing components in the correct way ensures safe protection from ESD and physical and mechanical damage.
