Heavy Duty Staticide Anti Static Spray is a ready-to-use solution formulated specifically for porous surfaces. It is easy to use and highly effective in controlling electrostatic charges in industrial manufacturing and static-sensitive environments. The Heavy Duty Staticide Anti Static Spray is ideal for eliminating static on carpets, upholstery, and fabrics. It is also appropriate to use in avoiding jamming or material slippage during printing, packaging and converting. This anti static spray can even be used as an aid to avert dangerous static-triggering situations such as the ignition of combustible vapours, dust or solvents.
As a key component in any static control program, it is non-toxic, non-flammable, and non-staining. With a similar viscosity to water, Heavy Duty Staticide Anti Static Spray can be applied in various ways such as spraying, wiping, or transfer roller coating.

Staticide® Ready-To-Use Dilutions
ACL produces Staticide® dilutions that are non-staining, completely biodegradable, and safe to use. They can be applied by spraying, wiping, dipping, transfer roller coating, gravure coating, or flexographic printing. Every Staticide® topical dilution is proven to be effective in relative humidity below 15%.
One gallon covers approximately 2000 sq.ft. and one quart covers approximately 500 sq.ft. This will last from weeks to months, depending on the application and the material it’s applied to.
