Anti-static pink bubble bags are the ideal solution for the safe packaging of non ESD items, protecting against vibrations, shocks and abrasion, within an ESD protected area. Supplied with self-seal flaps as standard and designed with air bubbles on the outer packaging for protection. These bags can be manufactured to bespoke requirements.

Description

Pink antistatic bubble bags are suitable for packaging non ESD items such as nuts, bolts and screws within an ESD protected area. They are not designed for storing ESD susceptible items or static sensitive devices.

Pink anti static bubble bags do not prevent external static charges from penetrating the bag itself, so these are not suitable for storing ESD-sensitive components if external charges remain a threat. Anti-static bubble bags will not produce electrostatic charges during handling. Any static charge is dissipated over the surface of the film preventing discharge onto any ESD-sensitive items within the EPA from being exposed to a static charge.

Pink in colour, these anti-static bubble bags are manufactured from a tough, anti-static low-density polyethylene 55gsm film. The pink anti static bubble bags are designed with air bubbles to protect against vibrations, shocks and abrasion. They are supplied with self-seal flaps as standard and are smooth on the inside, allowing for fast packaging and easy opening.  All sizes can be manufactured on request.

How Do They Work?

In standard bubble bags, sealed air is used to produce cushioning that can protect fragile items. But it can generate static electricity when it’s handled, which can damage integrated circuits and other essential electronic parts within an ESD protected area. Anti-static bubble bags are manufactured using air retention technology, which prevents the bubble cells from collapsing and provides thick, long-term protection from shock and abrasion.
