We’re pleased to announce that we’re sponsoring the Cotswolds Dogs & Cats Home for their Big Give Christmas Appeal this December. With our love for animals and dedication to their welfare, supporting this charity felt like the perfect way to make a difference.

The Cotswolds Dogs & Cats Home rescues and rehomes unwanted, abandoned, and abused animals. They provide safe spaces, low-cost vet care, and support schemes like Pet Retreat for those in crisis. This Christmas, the need to support animals has surged, reflecting a significant rise in requests for the charity’s services.

Last year, CDCH assisted over 1,000 animals, but escalating expenses and the ongoing cost of living crisis have intensified the demand for their assistance. Additionally, they’re frequently caring for more animals with complex needs, which prolongs and deepens the rehoming process. Each animal needs dedicated care, time, and love so they can live a happy, bright future.

The Big Give runs the UK’s largest match-funding initiative, where every donation made during one week is doubled. Our sponsorship will form part of a match fund pot, helping unlock vital funds that bring hope and healing to vulnerable animals.

With the help of ours and other business’ pledges to match fund the charity’s donations, Cotswold Dogs & Cats Home are aiming to raise £15,000 in total, ensuring no animal is left behind this winter. That means this Christmas all donations will go twice as far to:

• Provide urgent veterinary treatment for sick and injured animals
• Offer warmth, comfort, and safety to vulnerable frightened animals in need
• Support long-term recovery and rehoming for animals who deserve a second chance
