Over the course of this year, Bondline has been celebrating their 35th anniversary in many different exciting ways! So far, we have shared exclusive Bondline photos, created a special celebratory video, rolled back the prices with discounts on many of our ESD products and more. This month, we want to do something different for our 35th. We want to give back to the charities which are close to our heart as a way of saying ‘thank you’. Not only this, we also want to share these four amazing charities with you and share why they are special to us. To find out more, read on below.
Recently, as part of our 35th anniversary, we wanted to do something special for all of the charities which are so close to the Bondline team’s heart. We have chosen to donate to local charity and dog rescue SNDogs, Macmillan, Prospect Hospice and Dementia UK. These charities have all personally helped members of the Bondline team. Each of these charities mean so much to us which is why we’d like to give back to them. We’d like to give a HUGE ‘thank you’ to each of the charities for their hard work and dedication, especially during such a difficult and unprecedented time. Keep up the great work!
Animal welfare is important to us and something we are greatly passionate about – our team loves animals. If you didn’t know already, we even have an office dog who we all adore! As dogs are so important to us, we have chosen to donate to a fantastic local charity, SNDogs. This week, we were fortunate enough to meet the lovely lady Clare and her dog companion, Kate from SNDogs who visited us at the Bondline building. Bondline’s director Victoria Blizzard and her dog Mollie had a great time meeting the two together. Mollie made a new friend along the way! Bondline has donated £100 to SNDogs, alongside some dog goodies to help support the organisation and their dogs in care.
SNDogs, ‘Saving Needy Dogs’, is a registered charity based in Swindon who care for and find loving homes for dogs in need. To find out more about what SNDogs do, see here What We Do | SNDogs.
Macmillan’s care and support is greatly appreciated by the Bondline team and has helped many of our team members over the years. Their fantastic work and aid is why we have chosen to donate to this charity.
Macmillan Cancer Support is a registered charity that supports and helps people through cancer. The charity provides physical, financial and emotional support, aiding those through their diagnosis, through their treatment and beyond. To find out more, see What We Do | Our Ambition | Macmillan.
Prospect Hospice is a charity which is particularly close to the Blizzard’s family heart, when family member and previous Bondline employee Sue Jones lost her battle with cancer back in 2006.
Prospect Hospice is a charity, funded primarily by their local community. Since 1980, Prospect Hospice has provided the only dedicated end-of-life care service for people living in Swindon, Marlborough and north east Wiltshire. They bring care, comfort and confidence, around the clock, every day of the year. Their vision is for excellent, personalised and compassionate care for everyone affected by a life-limiting illness. Another charity which is close to the Bondline team’s heart is Dementia UK. This charity has personally helped many of our team members which is why we’d like to give back to them. They are a great organisation and have provided much needed support and care.
Dementia UK provides specialist dementia support for families through their Admiral Nurse service. When things get challenging or difficult for people with dementia and their families, Admiral Nurses work alongside them. They give the compassionate one-to-one support, guidance and practical solutions people need, and that can be hard to find elsewhere. To find out more about this charity, see About Us | Dementia UK.
Along with our 35th anniversary, Bondline are celebrating some special milestone achievements this year. Darren and Alison are celebrating over 40 years combined in distribution sales. Victoria and Sam Blizzard have each now been directors for 9 years and combined members of the Bondline team of 30 years. UK sales Sarah Baverstock and Rob Scrivens have 20 years combined as members of the Bondline team. Continuing on this, the logistics team are also celebrating their milestone achievements – Simon Ward has reached 5 years and Tom Peare has reached 10 years as members of the Bondline team. Chloé Warlow has now completed her Digital Marketing apprenticeship and is continuing her role with us as a Marketing Executive.

Over the past 35 years, we have been constantly innovating and developing Bondline in order to meet high demands and needs of the market and growth of the business. Since establishment, Bondline have exported to over 50 countries globally! We hope to export to many more in the years to come. With our economic growth, dedicated team members and loyal customers, suppliers and distributors, Bondline has been able to rapidly grow over the years, becoming a successful company to where it is today. We couldn’t be more thankful!
Alongside this, Bondline’s continued success and growth has also enabled Bondline to increase their stock line products. Currently, Bondline have over 1000 stock line consumables which is fantastic to see! We hope to further expand this and introduce more products over the coming years, allowing us to meet more of our customers’ needs.
