Description
Premium, Beige ESD Matting 1.0x10m Rolls, now only £250.00! The KSMLF1MBEI matting is made with a durable, synthetic rubber material. It is comprised of two layers: a static-dissipative surface and a conductive backing, giving a typical resistance to ground of 106-108 ohms. The static-dissipative surface has excellent resistance to abrasion, heat and solder splash. The black, conductive backing provides a superior and consistent ground path to Earth. The material doesn’t melt if in contact with hot metal parts or soldering debris; cheaper PVC based rubber mats are not solder proof.
The KSMLF1MBEI matting has textured, scratch-resistant surface, protecting the surface of static sensitive components during production. The bench matting can be loose-laid at a workstation without the need for any adhesives. Beige ESD Matting 1.0x10m Rolls are fully RoHS and REACH compliant and conform to requirements of EN61340-5-1, BS IEC 61340-5-1, US ESD Associations ANSI S4.1 and S20.20 guidelines, which is the recognised international standards for EPAs.
