A complete range of conductive plastic picking bins which have all the standard designs and features universally accepted with this versatile method of storing / handling. Flat fronted conductive picking bins provide both ESD protection and physical strength. As a result, they can lower your costs by reducing damaging and guard against mishandling. The flat fronted picking bins are crafted with a half-open, flat front design for improved access. Available in a wide range of sizes, the flat fronted ESD picking bins can work perfectly within your existing warehouse or racking setup. The flat fronted picking bins can also be fitted to Louvre wall panels to increase vertical space at your workstation, manufacturing line or picking wall. An added feature to the Imilani range is that the two smallest bins actually lock into each other giving a solid stacking feature. Made from a durable, conductive polypropylene material, the flat fronted conductive picking bins have good longevity.
European standard compliant, our conductive picking bins are easy to clean and made from a durable, conductive polypropylene copolymer material which enhances its longevity. The high-quality anti static material allows you to store and move static sensitive electronic components safely, protecting them from electrostatic discharge (ESD).
Picking Box Series polypropylene containers are the ideal solution for any storage requirement – in warehouses, in workshops, and along assembly lines. They allow all contents to be always clearly visible and ready at your fingertips – making withdrawal extremely easy. These containers are stackable in a stable and safe manner and the ready availability of the material is ensured even when they are stacked.

- Vicat Softening Point: 154°C ISO 306.
- Working Temperature: Approx 80-100°C (continuous), Approx 100-120°C (short term).
- Surface Resistance: Less than 10^4 Ω cm (measured according to CEI EN 61340-2-3 at 20°C with a 5 cm^2 ring electrode).
- Ageing Behaviour: No deterioration of conductivity (in 7 years of service) no leaching of corrosive substances, excellent UV resistance.
