ESD Coated Palm Gloves with Elastic Wrist are designed for the safe handling of static sensitive electronic components, such as PCBs.
ESD Elastic Tip Gloves from Bondline are manufactured with seamless knitted structures and carbon yarn for comfort, cleanliness and good ESD protection. These ESD gloves have an elasticated wrist to give the wearer a comfortable fit and no restrain. Made from a synthetic filament fibre, these gloves can reduce the generation of dust particles. The fingers and palm of the gloves are polyurethane gel coated (PU-coated) to provide anti-slip grip, avoid fingerprints and prevent piercing of the gloves. Ever-safe dissipative gloves can be used not only for thermo-insulation but also for preventing loss and damage caused by electrostatic discharge. A 3D model is used to form gel drops on the palm parts of gloves. The comfort property does not decrease, the finger movement is not restrained so that the cost is reduced and the working efficiency can be increased.
ESD Coated Palm Gloves are suitable to wear in electrostatic protected environments (EPAs). They are excellent for use in the electronics manufacturing industry and assembly jobs. The anti static gloves offer a great cost-effective solution as they may be washed and reused many times. The PU-coated ESD gloves can be washed at 40°C with neutral detergent. They are reusable for as many times.
