Bondline was established in 1986 as an individual privately run company distributing static control products. Since establishment, the company has grown tremendously over the years and has over half a million pounds of ESD consumables in stock. Today, the company remains a family-run business located in the South West of England with 15 employees. The current 80,000 sq. ft. manufacturing facility is equipped for bespoke design and custom projects. Bondline’s ESD training is a great course to take if you are looking to learn about electrostatic discharge (ESD). Our knowledge trainers have many years of experience of training people on ESD and have an abundance of knowledge about ESD themselves; so you can be sure you will be provided with the very best, expert trainers. Understanding the phenomenon is enhanced through practical demonstrations and audience participation. All training is designed to meet the requirements of IEC-61340-5-1.
ESD Installations
Bondline have over 35 years’ experience of installing ESD flooring. Our team can provide their knowledgable advice on floor preparation and most appropriate material to use. We offer a variety of materials for you to choose from and provide a complete supply, deliver and install package. Installations will be carried out by our recommended fitters with experience of floor installations. You will be provided with a test certification and offered annual testing/certification if required.
Bespoke ESD Products
At Bondline, we pride ourselves on being able to offer our customers bespoke specialist products. We offer a variety of bespoke products and solutions to help solve our customers’ requirements and needs. Bespoke customisation can include colours, sizes, special printing, embroidery and more, depending on the application. Bondline can also offer specialist flooring solutions and ESD set-up guidance.
ESD Audits
Bondline can offer a comprehensive on-site ESD audit of your premises in the United Kingdom. Our team of ESD Co-ordinators can offer their expertise in what products are needed for which area to ensure all areas are ESD-safe and working towards specific ESD guidelines and standards. Our ESD auditors will analyse your areas to see how they can be improved on, ensuring your ESD plans are reliable and practical.
